Should one or more products from an order be returned to Nailberry for a refund, and this return and refund would result in the transaction going below the required threshold for this complimentary gift, the customer will be required to also return the complimentary product before the refund is issued. Alternatively, the customer may request an exchange for the returned item(s), in accordance with the terms of our Returns and Refund Policy. In this case, the customer can retain the complimentary product.
